KSM CRM Gmail Sync

KSM CRM Gmail Sync is a private internal tool used by authorized KSM Log Homes and Timber Packages Co. staff. It reads approved company Gmail messages and attachments, associates them with the matching customer records in our internal CRM, and sends authorized replies from the connected company mailbox.

A private tool for authorized KSM staff

KSM CRM Gmail Sync is not a consumer product and is not available to the general public. It is used only by approved employees of KSM Log Homes and Timber Packages Co. to manage company customer communication inside our internal CRM. Signing in requires a KSM administrator account, and only company-owned mailboxes on our approved allowlist may be connected.

What the application does

• Reads approved Gmail accounts. With the mailbox owner's consent, it reads messages and attachments from approved KSM company Gmail accounts.
• Attaches customer emails to CRM records. Messages are matched to the corresponding customer contact so the KSM sales team sees a complete history of the conversation in one place.
• Sends authorized replies. Staff can send replies and quote follow-ups from the connected company mailbox directly out of the CRM.

The application does not sell, share, or transfer Google user data to third parties, and it does not use Gmail data for advertising or to train generalized AI models.

Restricted access

Access is restricted to approved KSM users and approved KSM mailboxes. Accounts outside our organization cannot connect, and access can be revoked at any time by a KSM administrator or by the mailbox owner through their Google Account permissions page at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
